Tips for Working with or as a Grant Professional Consultant/Subcontractor

To increase their capacity for grant seeking efforts many organizations retain the services of a grant consultant. Likewise, consultants will increase their capacity to serve clients by hiring subcontractors. In this session we will cover some basics for working with a consultant or subcontractor as well as tips on how to be one yourself.
