About the Event
Julie Boll, GPC, GPA Approved trainer, and Certified Dare to Lead facilitator, will outline the four teachable, measurable, and observable skill sets of Daring Leadership and explore how we can put boundaries in place to help us stay in our integrity and remain generous towards others. Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead(TM) is an empirically based courage-building program.
Dr. Brené Brown defines a leader as “anyone who holds him or herself responsible or accountable for finding potential in people or processes. “ Effective grant seeking requires skillful leadership, often without the advantage of authority. Grant writers must collaborate both internally and externally to develop competitive grant applications for their organizations. This requires clear communication, processes and the ability to hold ourselves and others accountable.
